He brings significant international cross-cultural learning and development experience and has worked in more than 60 countries worldwide for many global organizations.  David has considerable experience in developing highly influential leadership, safety leadership and organisational change programmes. David has designed and delivered several key programmes focused on Leadership and behavioural change in high risk operations. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and Former Board Member in Scotland for the CMI.
