Behavioural Business Growth Strategy

Business sometimes can lose track of its direction or the market can change. There are so many variables. There should always be however one constant and drive for the business and our BBGS one day workshop is aimed at business looking to grow within their current marketplace, to diversify or indeed pivot. The course is highly interactive and you will develop a Marketing Strategy at the end for your business that has clarity and purpose to drive the business forward. The Learning About Emotional Intelligence Assessment will take approximately 15 minutes has been developed by our Principal Organizational Psychologist and has been successfully tested over several years in many organizations and businesses.
